6. Limit alcohol intake:








Drinking too much alcohol can increase your blood pressure and contribute to heart disease. If you drink alcohol, do so in moderation.


7. Get regular check-ups:



 Regular check-ups can help detect and manage risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure and high cholesterol.
