Paneer butter masala recipe. Ingredients: - 200 grams paneer, cubed   2 large onions, finely chopped  2 large tomatoes, finely chopped - 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon cumin seeds - 1 teaspoon coriander powder - 1 teaspoon red chilli powder - 1 teaspoon garam masala powder -  1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)  2 tablespoons butter - 2 tablespoons oil - 1/2 cup cream - Salt, to taste - Coriander leaves, for garnish Instructions: 1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start to splutter, add the chopped onions and fry until they turn golden brown. 2. Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for a minute. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, salt, and all the spice powders (coriander, red chilli, turmeric, and garam masala) and mix well.
