1. Complex Carbohydrates:




 Complex carbs such as oatmeal, whole grain bread, brown rice, and sweet potatoes are an excellent source of energy for your body. They provide a slow and steady release of glucose into your bloodstream, keeping you energized throughout your workout.

Complex carbohydrates can be consume from following sources:

1. STARCH













Starch and fiber are the polysaccharides found in food, while glycogen is only found in our bodies. Glycogen is the storage form of carbohydrate in animals.

You can get starch from peas , vegetables,pulses and so on.


2. Lean Protein:




 

















Lean protein is a goog source of energy also.

Adding lean protein to your pre-workout meal can help increase muscle strength and endurance. Some good options include chicken, fish, tofu, eggs, and Greek yogurt.


3. Fruit:
